Actually, 2day i was not working but my colleague called me to help.. and since 2moro no tutorial for me, i decided to help to work in the night shift.
Luckily, i was not late for work. When I was working, my resturant manager asked me to talk to him inside the office. He asked some questions abt how I find my colleague,Yan Jun. He is obivous a good staff as all other staff agree..I think my manager going to promote him?! perhaps..good for him lor.
During work, there was a complaint abt the food.. oh my god, i quickly inform the manager and the chef..luckily, the customers were not angry. And they were celebrating one of their friends brithday.. I managed to make them happy, and I was shocked that one of them gave me a slice of their birthday cake..WOW! thanks, I answered elated..haha! It looks delicious and I was quite hungry..haha.
About 9pm, my relatives came to Swensen's..and they are my nephews. I got them 10% discount and I'm glad to see them again at Swensen's.
Well, 2day, i was quite happy when i was working coz i able to produce good customers service and from a complaint to a completement.
